Prior to stopping at Andy Jordan’s I had check several other bike shops and I believe With Andy Jordan’s you’ll get more bang for your buck. The bike I chose along with its components was as good as you can get. The service that Chandler provided was awesome, he was very knowledgeable with all their bikes he even went as far as setting everything up for me just for a test ride. I did however try one more bike shop after this visit but decided the price and service that Chandler provided deserved a second visit which is when I made my purchase. When I had arrived at the store Chandler was already hard at work installing the upgrades I had requested for the bike then installed my bike rack to my vehicle and gave me a demo on how to install/remove and use it. I will certainly use them again when or if I decide to upgrade.

I’ll add a picture later, but first I want to say, this place rocks! I’ve purchased a bicycle, helmets, a fox fork, and many other things here. When other bike shops make you stand outside and wait for someone to come help you in the parking lot, Lee and the other employees swing wide the doors and welcome you inside. The have an awesome shop dog named Beans. They answer and questions you may have, and spend as much time talking about bikes or life as you have to give. Lee’s son, Brian works here as well. He installed my fox fork for me, and he’s very knowledgeable as well. And not to leave out Sean, because he’s super helpful and knows his stuff, too! Lee basically built Foxes Bike Trail system in Commerce, GA. This speaks to his character and commitment. He’s one of the greatest bikes shops, if not the greatest, I’ve ever used. When I need something, this is where I’ll go first. You should too!

We had a great experience here. I came in knowing very little about bikes or what may work best for my 11 year old interested in recreational biking and riding some mountain bike trails. They took their time explaining different bike offerings even breaking it down where an inexperienced biker like me could understand. They tried a few frames out for my fast growing 5’7 son, we decided on the perfect bike which will fit him now and allow him to grow into it. My son was able to test ride the bike outside, getting very comfortable on it. I knew before payment this was the bike for him, his smile and ride told it all. They even helped me load the bike into the car. I’m very satisfied with this purchase, this is a great place to shop for your perfect bike or your bike repairs.

I was in Milton library for my online class and needed some coffee for long day class so found this place which is just 3 minutes walk from library. I was little hesitant before to go inside because I thought it was more of bicycle place … but i have to say they have really good coffee and very friendly staff. I will definitely come back for coffee as well as for bike with my husband.

The staff here are so helpful and always go above and beyond to help you get what you need. I needed a replacement bike seat for an indoor bike and they found me what I wanted with a 120 day trial period. Unfortunately their inventory of dual bike pedals (cage one side and spd clips the other) isnt great, but they helped me with suggestions for some good brands to look for elsewhere.
